True wine enthusiasts will forever remember the walk through the only wine cellar in the world housed in a World War II military tunnel. Its unique climatic properties and impermeability to light ensure that the conditions for storing and preserving wine are always ideal, and we will make sure that you fully enjoy tasting the fruits of the sun hidden in its dark passages.

The history of Lipanović Winery is 150 years long, and Vis winemaking boasts a thousands-of-years-long glorious tradition. That means there are a lot of stories, and we’ve picked out the most important and interesting ones for you.

Vis platter

Needless to say, it is unimaginable for us to host you without offering selected local delicacies. With Vis platter, your taste buds will be tickled by fish pâté, salted and marinated anchovies, cheese selection, olives, caper buds, bread, and Lipanović olive oil.
